I believe everyone encounters struggles and challenges in their lives and that everyone has personal strengths and the abilities to overcome life’s obstacles. I see my role as a therapist to be one that provides support, education, collaboration, listening, and assists with intervention toward attaining personal growth. I possess a holistic perspective to therapy that focuses on building healthy relationships and boundaries, both with self and others, as well as finding the skills and resources necessary to enhance one’s life and become one’s best self. My approach to most counseling issues will integrate a variety of techniques including Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Systems Theory. My goal as a therapist is to provide you and/or your child a safe environment and quality service focused on moving toward agreed upon goals

My passion is working with children and families dealing with emotional and mood regulation, substance abuse, divorce, blended family issues, discipline, behavior, and/or grief issues. Together, we can work on bringing happiness, trust, and joy back into your family.
I am excited to announce that moving forward I am only offering virtual therapy sessions which allows increased flexibility and convenience for clients and their families.
